Description:
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking a consulting firm to support the adoption of IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards (IFRS S1 and S2) for climate and sustainability reporting in collaboration with Peru-s Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and Pension Funds (SBS) and the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV). The consultancy will help SBS and SMV peer review jurisdictional adoption roadmaps and regulatory frameworks aligned with global standards, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and identify transition reliefs. It will also strengthen the regulators- internal capacity to supervise sustainability disclosures and provide training to regulated entities, including financial institutions and listed companies, to ensure effective implementation and foster transparency in sustainability practices.
