Description: technical assistance in the management of permits for collecting and stockpiling stranded marine macroalgae and fishing permits for direct human consumption for non-boarded fishermen. f).Profile: Graduate professional or bachelor's degree in: economics, law, administration, biology, fisheries engineering, industrial engineering, environmental engineering, or others related to sustainable development or the fishing sector, or the management of marine resources. Desirable completed studies (courses and/or diploma) in legislation or regulations related to the fishing sector, or in matters of fisheries management. At least 5 years of general work experience in the public or private sector. At least two (2) experiences in topics related to artisanal fishing (sector administration, research, strategic planning, fisheries management, processing, marketing). At least one (1) experience in business formalization processes, formalization of producers or fishermen, or in management of permits linked to productive activities before public entities (SUNAT, PRODUCE, DIREPRO, SERNANP, Municipalities, among others).
