Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The objective of this consultancy is to characterize the profile sociodemographic, labor, training and organizational of the caregivers who provide care services in public and private care programs at the national level. Dimension and deepen the characteristics of these workers of care will be extremely useful for public policy. The study will contribute to building a national strategy for the professionalization of care and will be an important contribution to the dialogue and debate on the progressive transition of care schemes. co-management to appropriate employment schemes.
