Dear Bidder:The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultant will be responsible for • Facilitating the articulation with the MTPE, domestic worker organizations, federations and training/certifying entities, ensuring the timely circulation of information.• Channel and manage technical queries linked to the registration of domestic work, Law No. 31047 and other project guidelines. • Operationally accompany the implementation of the self-care course within the professionalization and escalation strategy, as well as the allied organization, in charge of training legal promoters and strengthen the institutions that serve domestic workers.• Accompany the DPPDFL in the preparation of the Board's 2026 Annual Plan to promote compliance with the rights of domestic workers. • Monitor progress, risks and agreements.This service is part of the project “Opening doors: more and better decent work opportunities for domestic workers in Peru” executed by the ILO in cooperation with Canada (from 2022) and which seeks to improve conditions socioeconomic conditions of care workers, promoting their formalization, professionalization and recognition.
