- Dear BidderThe International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator to carry out the following work:3.1. Prepare a work schedule until the end of February 2026, to be validated with the DSST of the MTPE.3.2. Review the documents provided by the project coordinator, national and international standards and comparative legislation, in order to determine: • The priority aspects, based on the specific needs of the sector, that must be addressed in sectoral regulations and to technically support the content of the proposal.• The need to modify or repeal any national standard that contains OSH provisions for the agricultural sector, proposing the modifying text and justification. 3.3. With the information in section 3.2, prepare an outline of the draft regulations, which must be validated with the DSST, with whom the development of the proposal will progress until the multisectoral working group begins its activities and the progress is shared with them for review and consensus. 3.4. Provide technical assistance at work group meetings and coordinate with the ST of the working group to obtain the signed minutes with the agreements. 3.5. Keep track of the formulation of the regulations in a matrix (proposed text, justification, final text, status).3.6.
