Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical support to the senior actuary in the interpretation of results of the actuarial study, identify its main determinants and formulate public policy recommendations for the definition of the percentage of social security credit for PEAS coverage by the EPS, considering the systemic functioning of health insurance in Peru. To do this, you must prepare a high-level synthetic document (Policy brief) that allows you to analyze the results of the demographic projections and financial aspects of the actuarial study identifying trends, critical assumptions and main explanatory factors. A causal analysis must be developed that allows interpreting the results generated in the actuarial study in relation to: care, prevention mechanisms, reference and counter-referral systems, quality of medical practice, levels of articulation and complementarity between the components of the system.
