Amendment No.4 - February 4, 2025
The purpose of this Amendment is to communicate that, in light of the foreign assistance pause, USAID is pausing all evaluation and negotiation for previously posted solicitations for which prospective partners have submitted proposals or applications.
Amendment No.3 - December 31, 2024
This amendment therefore (1) revises Section C.5.2; (2) provides a budget templatethat shall be submitted with the full proposal; (3) adds a deadline for submittingPhase Two; and (4) includes a conformed version of Amendment 2 to the RFP, withadditions highlighted in yellow and deletions marked with strikethroughs for easierreview (Attachment I).
