Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) seeks to hire an external communications consultant to develop strategic communication products that promote the use of the “Formalization Toolkit” and accompany the launch of the Joint Project/Program - Peru Chapter. The consultancy aims to produce a creative institutional video and an ILO Fact Sheet of maximum 2 pages that clearly and effectively communicate the purpose, scope and usefulness of the Toolkit for Formalization, contributing to the institutional positioning of the project, the ILO and the European Union. Likewise, the consultant will prepare support materials for the dissemination and visibility of the project, including three (3) press releases, two (2) current news, an institutional brochure (editable + PDF) and a document of key messages, aligned with the communication strategy of the Peru Chapter, FORLAC 2.0 and the visibility guidelines of the European Union. The video must have a maximum duration of 2 minutes and 20 seconds, comply with the ILO institutional communication guidelines and be delivered in vertical and horizontal formats, including a version subtitled in Spanish and a master version without texts or effects. sound.
