Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Design of Continuous Training Program for Epss Based on Implementation of Second Edition of Advanced Program in Water and Sanitation Management Have no less than 15 (fifteen years) experience in the private or public sector, providing training or providing training services. Have experience in the execution of specialization programs aimed at professionals in the public or private sector in subjects related to EL PADAS II courses, with a minimum number of five (05) services. Similar services will be considered programs, diplomas or training courses in the subjects of the courses to be taught. Have the respective authorization for the issuance of valid study certificates. Desirably, have provided customized training program delivery service for public sector entities. The attention of interested consultants is called to review Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the “Procurement Regulations for Borrowers of Financing for Investment Projects” July 2016, Revised November 2017. (“Procurement Regulations "), which establishes the World Bank's policy on conflicts of interest. Consultants may associate with other firms in order to improve their qualifications, but they must clearly indicate whether the association will be in the form of a joint venture and/or sub-consulting. In the case of a Joint Venture, all partners of the company will be jointly and severally responsible for the entire contract, if selected. A Consultant will be selected based on the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QBCS) method described in the aforementioned Regulations
