The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Peru is seeking proposals from qualiο¬ed Local Entities interested in providing the services described in Section C of this solicitation.
Using FAR Part 15 procedures, USAID anticipates awarding one (1) stand-alone Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) term type contract with a period of performance of ο¬ve (5) years. The maximum available funding for this contract is $10,000,000.00.
Competition under this procurement is restricted to local entities - see H.2. Oο¬erors must demonstrate their capability to perform at least 65% of the services required under this contract with their own resources. Subcontracting may not exceed 35% of the Total Contract Cost.

Late and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
