Description:
Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. The objective of this consultancy is to provide specialized technical support for the design of a strategy aimed at facilitating the transition towards the formalization of micro and small businesses in Peru, including regulatory proposals, and an implementation and incidence plan. The work includes the identification of good international practices, the analysis of main regulatory and institutional barriers that affect the formalization of MSMEs in Peru and the development of public and regulatory policy proposals that encourage them. Likewise, it includes the design of a basket of incentives and practical tools, the development of technical materials for the dissemination and discussion of the findings, and support for the technical validation of the strategy with CONFIEP, the Peru SME Association and other relevant actors. The entire process must be supported on empirical evidence, comparative analysis and a social dialogue approach oriented to the formulation of public policies.
